Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, has expressed deep shock and sadness over the passing of Hon. Temilola Segun Adibi, a prominent chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the immediate past Chairman of the Oyo State Signage and Advertising Agency.

Hon. Adibi, who was also a former Chairman of Ogbomoso North Local Government and a former Member of the House of Representatives, passed away in the early hours of Tuesday, January 21, 2025. The governor’s condolence message was conveyed in a press release issued by Moses Alao, his Special Assistant (Print Media).

Governor Makinde extended his heartfelt sympathies to the late politician’s family, his political associates, and the PDP in Ogbomosoland.

“The news of Hon. Temilola Adibi’s passing came as a rude shock to me,” the governor said. “I extend my deepest condolences to his immediate family, his political associates, and everyone who knew and worked with him. Hon. Adibi was an outstanding politician who dedicated himself wholeheartedly to every cause he believed in. His absence will undoubtedly leave a significant void in Ogbomoso politics.”

Governor Makinde prayed for the repose of Hon. Adibi’s soul and asked God to grant his family the strength to bear this Irreplaceable loss.
