Oyo State House of Assembly deputy chief Whip chairman House committee on Youth and Sports, Hon. Yusuf Oladeni Adebisi has sent congratulatory messages to chairman and Vice Chairman elect of Ibadan Southwest local government, Hon. Kehinde Akande and Hon Adigun Tajudeen popularly known as Atu and all the 12 councillors in the local government.

In a congratulatory message sent to newsmen after the official announcement yesterday evening by OYSIEC, describing the swept victory as a well deserved and the trust the people has in democractic practice in Oyo and His Excellency,Engr. Seyi Makinde.

Hon. Yusuf Adebisi specially congratulate Chairman and Vice Chairman elect from Ibadan Southwest local government Hon. Kehinde Akande and Hon. Tajudeen Adigun called Atu whom he described as team players that has stand the test of time and shall continue to deliver people oriented programmes and dividends of democracy.

He urges the newly elected officials to uphold the principles of servant leadership and to remain accountable to the constituents who have placed their trust in them.

He emphasizes the importance of maintaining transparency and responsiveness in their governance, ensuring that the voices of the people are heard and their needs addressed.
