LG 2024: Ibadan Southwest, Northwest Unite, Fagbemi, Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke, Dr Nurain Adeniran Set Activities for Federal Constituency Campaign Flagoff on Tuesday

In the preparation for the Federal Constituency Campaign Flagoff of 2024 local government election candidates as highlighted by the People’s Democratic Party Oyo State Chapter, stakeholders in Ibadan SouthWest and Ibadan NorthWest Federal Constituency have come together and united to host fantastic event.

The Director-General of the federal constituency, Mogaji (Dr) Akin Fagbemi of the PDP hosted a meeting of the stakeholders on Sunday, April 14.

While welcoming the party leaders of the constituency, expressing his gratitude for heeding to call and noting that the event is campaign flagoff for the 2 local governments which is to hold on Tuesday 16th April 2024 at Molete.

The state party secretary, Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke urged the leaders to maintain the love and unity which have bounded the federal constituency
together, stating the federal constituency as most peaceful and choose in the heart of the overall state leader, Governor Seyi Makinde, the Executive Governor of Oyo State.

In separate remarks, Dr Nureni Adeniran and Alh Labule Ishola beseeched the campaign councils and candidates to work en mass and deliver the People Democratic Party at their respective polls.

“Governor Seyi Makinde has made everything possible to make PDP Winning Team in Oyo State, so don’t let us relent for work largely and more to ensure successful campaigns and elections.”

(Ibadan Southwest/Northwest), PDP Ibadan NorthWest Chairman, Alhaji Lukman Adesina and Director-General of Rahman/Ganiy 2.0, Hon Rale Opeyemi Olumuyiwa; from Ibadan NorthWest Local Government, and The Executive Chairman of the Local Government, Hon Kehinde Akande; The Executive Chairman, Oyo State Universal Basic Education Commission, Dr Nurain Adeniran; The Assistant State Organising Secretary of the party, Pastor Biodun Popoola and Director General of Eletu/Atu 2.0, Hon Kunle Busari Gudugudu from Ibadan SouthWest Local Government.

Others were Member Representing Ibadan NorthWest State Constituency at Oyo Assembly, Hon Dawood Olalere D-Al-Ameen, the state acting PRO, Michael Ogunshina, Hon Akinbiyi, Baba Banker among others.
