Lanre Sarumi Congratulates Adelore, Arole, Quadri, Ibrahim Abayomi, Akanmu, Others on New Appointments …Appreciates Governor Seyi Makinde

Hon. Lanre Sarumi Skido has congratulated Hon. Seun Adelore, Mr. Elijah Kolawole Akanmu, Mr. Ibrahim Abayomi, Hajji Ogundele Quadri and other newly appointed officials on their appointments by the Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde.

The appointments, which take immediate effect, include the designation of Hon. Gbenga Adewusi as Executive Assistant on Sports Commission and Hajji Ogundele Quadri as Special Assistant on Urban Development.

Similarly, Mr. Elijah Kolawole Akanmu was appointed Special Adviser on Housing and a member of the Board of the Oyo State Housing Corporation, while Mr. Ibrahim Abayomi was appointed Executive Assistant on Works.

In a congratulatory message made available to newsmen, Sarumi described the appointments as another demonstration of Governor Makinde’s confidence in the capacity, experience and commitment of the appointees to contribute meaningfully to the development of Oyo State.

He particularly congratulated Akanmu on his appointment as Special Adviser on Housing and member of the Oyo State Housing Corporation Board, expressing confidence that the new responsibility would provide him with another opportunity to contribute to the administration’s efforts in the housing sector.

Sarumi also congratulated Ibrahim Abayomi on his appointment as Executive Assistant on Works, noting that the position carries an important responsibility in supporting the government’s infrastructure and development agenda.

He further extended his congratulations to all the newly appointed officials, including Mr. Sakariya Mohammed Taofik, Mr. Yinka Oladoyinbo, Ms. Ronke Giwa-Onafuwa, Mr. Dapo Falade, Hon. Seun Adelore, Hon. Gbenga Adewusi, Hajji Ogundele Quadri and Elder Olawale Olugbenga, JP.

He acknowledged the broad range of responsibilities covered by the appointments, spanning information and orientation, housing, rural development, local government and chieftaincy matters, sports, urban development, culture and tourism, and works.

Sarumi urged the newly appointed officials to see their respective positions as opportunities to serve the people and support the administration’s development agenda.

He also appreciated Governor Seyi Makinde for recognising the abilities and contributions of the appointees, while wishing all the newly appointed officials success in their respective assignments.
