Iwo Lokan 2027: Association of Ibadan North West Youth Endorses, Pledges Support for Dr. Fagbemi’s Federal Rep Ambition

The Association of Ibadan North West Youth has declared its full support and endorsement for Dr. Fagbemi, urging him to contest for the Federal House of Representatives seat in 2027.

In a statement issued under the banner “Iwo Lokan 2027,” the youth association described Dr. Fagbemi as a man of hope, whose proven track record, accessibility, and unwavering commitment to youth empowerment strongly align with the aspirations of the people of Ibadan North West.

According to the group, Dr. Fagbemi embodies the kind of purposeful, people-centred leadership required at the federal level to effectively represent the constituency, particularly in the areas of youth development, education, job creation, and inclusive governance.

The association also highlighted Dr. Fagbemi’s achievements during his tenure as Chairman of the Oyo State Road Transport Management Authority (OYRTMA), noting that he transformed the operational system, strengthened management structures, and contributed significantly to the growth of Oyo State’s economy.

They further commended his impactful leadership as Chairman of the Oyo State Hospital Management Board, stating that his reforms improved internal operations, service delivery, and overall efficiency across state-owned health facilities.

The group noted that these achievements continue to earn him widespread commendation among the people of Oyo State.

The youth association pledged to mobilise young people across wards and communities in Ibadan North West in support of Dr. Fagbemi’s ambition, stressing that his emergence would usher in a new era of responsive representation and progressive politics.

“We believe in your vision and capacity. Dr. Fagbemi, you are the man of our hope, and we are ready to stand with you on this journey to 2027,” the statement concluded.
