A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ibadan South West Local Government, Hon. Wale Oriade, has congratulated Oloye Barr. Lowo Obisesan on his appointment as the Assistant Director General for Oyo South ahead of the forthcoming general election in Oyo State.
