The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North East Local Government, Hon. Ibrahim Akintayo, has reiterated his administration’s commitment to promoting interfaith harmony and understanding in the community.
This pledge was made during the annual interfaith prayers and thanksgiving ceremony organized by the Ibadan North East Local Government Religion Forum, held at the Council premises today.
In a release signed by the Council’s Information Officer, the Chairman noted that the event is aimed to strengthen the spirit of unity and oneness among different religions, promoting a sense of community and understanding.
Hon Akintayo expressed his appreciation for the forum members’ continuous support and commitment to his administration and the local environment.
