Hon (Mrs) Oluwatoyin Balogun, the Honorable Commissioner for Oyo State Ministry of Women Affairs and Social extends 70 hearty cheers to Baami Osuolale Ismaila Ashipa Sango, the Big, Bold, Brash Amazon with an even bigger zest for life, for 70 years of grace,of exercising a superior, razor sharp intellect,creativity, relevance and a knack for saying things as he sees things no matter whose ox is gored.

In a political millieu filled with rabble rousers and Yes Men who have developed eye service into an art form, Ashipa’s authenticity and ability to tell the truth to all and sundry including to power with due respect when necessary is a refreshing breath of fresh air

Every leader who wants to succeed, who does not want to fall by the “Majolo mo n wehin re” praise singing rabble band needs an Ashipa on his team

2.Ashipa does not shy away from vocalizing a contrary opinion with his full chest.However, if you can convince him to view issues through your own prism, he will marshal his impressive repertoire of persuasive rhetorics towards convincing as many people as possible to change their hitherto hostile stance and to rally behind your own viewpoint/agenda.
