Hon. Okunrin Jeje Abiodun Oni Calls for Unity, Grassroots Mobilisation Ahead of 2027 Elections

The Allied Peoples Movement (APM) candidate for the Irepo/Oorelope/Olorunsogo Federal Constituency, Hon. Okunrin Jeje Abiodun Oni, has urged party members and supporters to remain united and intensify grassroots mobilisation as preparations gather momentum for the 2027 general elections.

Hon. Oni made the appeal while accompanying the APM governorship candidate in Oyo State, Hon. Bimbo Adekanmbi, on the party’s Thank-You Tour to Old Irepo, where party leaders, stakeholders and supporters assembled to reaffirm their loyalty and commitment to the party.

Addressing party faithful during the engagement, Hon. Oni stressed that unity, dedication and collective effort would be indispensable to securing victory for the APM in the 2027 polls. He called on members to remain focused, steadfast and committed to the party’s vision of delivering purposeful leadership to the people of Oyo State.

The federal constituency candidate also urged supporters to intensify grassroots mobilisation by encouraging eligible residents in their communities to register as voters. He described voter registration as the bedrock of electoral success, noting that every registered voter represents an opportunity to strengthen the party’s chances at the polls.

According to him, the success of the APM in the forthcoming elections will depend not only on the popularity and acceptance of its candidates but also on the active participation, commitment and dedication of party members throughout the electoral process.

Hon. Oni further offered prayers for divine guidance and success, expressing confidence that Almighty God would grant victory to all APM candidates in the 2027 general elections.

The Thank-You Tour, led by Hon. Bimbo Adekanmbi, is part of the party’s ongoing consultations and appreciation visits to supporters across Oyo State following recent political activities. The initiative is also aimed at strengthening the party’s grassroots structures and consolidating support ahead of the 2027 general elections.
