The Oyo State Honourable Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Inclusion, Hon. (Mrs) Toyin Balogun, has extended warm felicitations to Engr. Muftau Open Salawu on the occasion of his belated birthday celebration held on May 10.

Engr. Muftau Open Salawu, a renowned Nigerian civil engineer, businessman, and politician, currently serves as the Executive Assistant on Project Monitoring to the Governor of Oyo State. He also heads the Oyo State Project Performance Monitoring Agency (OYSPPMA), where he plays a significant role in ensuring quality delivery and effective monitoring of infrastructure projects across the state.
Hon. Balogun commended his unwavering commitment to good governance and infrastructural development under the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde, noting that his professionalism and leadership qualities have contributed immensely to the successful execution of several government projects.
She prayed for greater accomplishments, sound health, wisdom, and continued success for the celebrant in his service to Oyo State and humanity at large.
Engr. Salawu, who hails from Ogbomoso, also holds the revered traditional title of Babalaje of Ogbomoso, a recognition of his contributions to community development and societal advancement.
