The Special Assistant to the Executive Governor of Oyo State on Ibadan North Federal Constituency, and the PDP Ex-Officio 1 of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Julian Àríké Nwachukwu, has extended warm felicitations to Alhaja (Hon.)
