The Councillor representing Ward 09, Ibadan South West Local Government and Chairman, House Committee on Environment, Hon. Iyanda Kabiru Abayomi, has extended warm congratulations to the Matriarch of the Oyo State political dynasty and South West Women Leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Yeyeluawah Chief (Mrs.) Modinat Abosede Adedibu, on the occasion of her 70th birthday.
