The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North East Local Government, Hon. Ibrahim Akintayo, has been honored with ‘Outstanding Administrator Of the Year’ Award.
This prestigious award was presented to him last Friday at the NUJ press Centre, Iyaganku, Ibadan, at the PACESETTERS 2024 ANNUAL LECTURE SERIES & DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARDS, which has the Chairman of Nigerian Union of Journalists, Mr Demola Babalola, as its Chair and Mr Goke Adelupo as the project coordinator.
The event brought together distinguished guests, community leaders, and stakeholders to recognize and honor outstanding individuals in the city of Ibadan.
According to the organizers, Akintayo was honored with the award, based on the recognition of his exceptional leadership and unwavering commitment to grassroots development.
The Secretary to the local government, Hon Afolabi Olufemi received the Award on his behalf.
The organizers noted that award acknowledges Hon. Akintayo’s efforts to enhance governance and service delivery in Ibadan North East Local Government.
