Otunba Oluseye Opatoki, a chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Oyo State, has spoken highly of Governor Seyi Makinde’s impactful efforts to provide jobs and foster economic opportunities for the people of the state. In a recent statement, Opatoki acknowledged the governor’s proactive approach to addressing unemployment, with particular praise for his ongoing recruitment initiatives within Oyo State’s education sector over the past five years.

According to Otunba Opatoki, the recruitment exercises by the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) and the Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) are a testament to Governor Makinde’s dedication to a fair and open process. He commended the governor for leading the charge with transparency, ensuring that the recruitment process remains merit-based and free from political interference.

Opatoki highlighted that this approach to governance has been instrumental in empowering local communities, while also bolstering the education sector by addressing the shortage of qualified personnel. He pointed out that the impact of these efforts extends beyond just filling vacancies; the recruitment drive is helping to build a stronger, more resilient education system that will benefit Oyo State for years to come.

In closing, Otunba Opatoki reiterated his admiration for Governor Makinde’s continued focus on the welfare of Oyo State’s people, noting that these recruitment initiatives are just one example of the governor’s broader vision for a more prosperous and inclusive future.
