Former Senate leader, Senator Teslim Folarin, has been elevated to the esteemed title of Aare Alaasa Olubadan of Ibadanland by His Imperial Majesty, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin.
Engr. Idris Adeoye, a prominent APC chieftain, celebrated this development, expressing joy and pride over Oloye Folarin’s new role.
According to Engr. Adeoye, “The position of Aare Alaasa Olubadan of Ibadanland is a prestigious chieftaincy title that carries significant responsibilities in preserving and promoting the rich cultural heritage of Ibadan.”
He noted that Oloye Folarin would leverage his intellectual prowess and leadership experience to excel in his new position.
Engr. Adeoye extended his appreciation to the members of Ile Baale Ojaa’gbo Ibadan for their unwavering support of Oloye Folarin since his nomination to the Olubadan line.
He concluded by praying that Almighty Allah grant the new Aare Alaasa Olubadan of Ibadanland good health, peace of mind, and wisdom in the discharge of his duties.
