Oyo State House of Assembly member, representing Ibadan North Constituency 2, Hon. Adebayo Babajide Gabriel, has extended his felicitations to Muslims in Ibadan North Local Government, Oyo State, and Nigeria on the occasion of the Eid-ul-Mawlid celebration.

In his message made available to newsmen, Hon. Babajide Gabriel, popularly known as Jagaban, urges everyone to work for a more just and compassionate society.

His message reads:

“On this special day of Eid-ul-Mawlid, we remember and celebrate the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW), the last messenger of Allah.

To the Muslims of Ibadan North Local Government, Oyo State, and the entire nation, I wish you a joyous and blessed Eid-ul-Mawlid.

This occasion serves as a reminder of the Prophet’s noble character and his unwavering commitment to spreading the message of Islam.

Let us take this opportunity to renew our faith, strengthen our bonds with one another, and work towards a more just and compassionate society.

May Allah’s blessings be with you always.

Happy Eid-ul-Mawlid!”
