The Chairman, Oyo House Committee on Women Affairs and Community Development, Hon. Dr. Olufunke Comforter Adeniyi-Olajide, Representing Ibadan North Constituency 1, at the Oyo State House of Assembly, has rejoiced with Muslim Community in Ibadan North, Oyo State, Nigeria and entire globe on the occasion of this year’s celebration of Eid-El-Maulud.

Hon. Comforter seeks blessings upon the Noble Prophet Nabiyy Muhammad (S.A.W) and urges Muslims to emulate his teaching.
She also calls on Muslim Ummah to use this occasion to pray for the nation’s development, peace, and countless blessings in our dear country, state, and local government. Her message read in part:
“As We Celebrate The Birth Anniversary Of Our Holy Prophet, The NABIYY MOHAMMED (S.A.W), we are encouraged to walk in the light of the almighty allah as exemplified By The Life Lived By The Great Prophet.
“May we have a blessed New week and fruitful celebrations.
“Eid Ul Maulud to you and yours.”
