The Executive Chairman of Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC), Honorable Taiwo Lekan Salami, has extended warm felicitations to the Muslim Ummah in Oyo State, Nigeria, and across the world as they celebrate this year’s Eid-El-Maulud.
In a goodwill message made available to the press, Hon. Salami urged Muslim faithful to reflect deeply on the virtues of love, peace, humility, tolerance, and compassion as demonstrated by the noble Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him). He encouraged believers to imbibe these values in their daily lives while promoting harmony and unity within society.
“It is important that we use this occasion of the birth of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) to pray for peace, security, and stability in our dear state and Nigeria at large. Let us also continue to support the administration of His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, in his quest to foster sustainable development and progress in Oyo State,” Hon. Salami stated.
The 3SC Chairman expressed optimism that with collective prayers and commitment to nation-building, Oyo State and Nigeria will overcome present challenges.
“I wish the entire Muslim Ummah a joyous and prosperous Maulud Nabbiy celebration. May Almighty Allah accept our prayers and grant us His blessings always. Amin,” he concluded.
