As Muslims across the world celebrate this year’s Eid-el-Kabir, Honourable Olubisi Oluranti, fondly known as BOOM, has called on the faithful to reflect deeply on the enduring virtues of sacrifice, endurance, and selfless giving that define the essence of the celebration.

In a congratulatory message shared with members of the press by her media team, Hon. Oluranti—who represents Ogbomoso North Constituency and serves as Chairman of the House Committee on Culture and Tourism at the Oyo State House of Assembly—encouraged Muslims to go beyond the rituals and festivities by embracing these noble values as guiding principles for everyday life.

> “Eid-el-Kabir is a sacred period that commemorates Prophet Ibrahim’s unwavering obedience, patience, and devotion.

As we gather with joy and gratitude, let us also extend kindness to others, give generously, and live purposefully in ways that uplift our families and communities,” she said.

Hon. Oluranti emphasized the importance of peaceful coexistence, mutual respect, and empathy, especially in these times of economic and social challenges. She stressed that the celebration of Eid should inspire unity and a collective sense of purpose among citizens.

The lawmaker extended warm Sallah greetings to:
