As Muslims around the world celebrate Eid al-Kabir, commemorating the spirit of sacrifice and devotion, the South West Women’s Leader of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Yeyeluah Abosede Adedibu, has extended warm greetings to the Muslim faithful, emphasizing the values of unity, peace, and compassion.

In a goodwill message released to mark the occasion, the respected matriarch of the Adedibu family highlighted the profound significance of Eid al-Kabir as a period of reflection, gratitude, and communal harmony.
She commended the dedication and discipline shown by Muslims during the holy month, praising their commitment to fasting, prayer, and acts of charity.

> “Eid al-Kabir is a celebration of faith, perseverance, and the spirit of giving,” Yeyeluah Adedibu stated.
“It is a time to reflect on the lessons of Salah and carry forward the values of compassion, empathy, and unity in our everyday lives.”

Yeyeluah Adedibu encouraged the Muslim community to continue nurturing the bonds of brotherhood and sisterhood, promoting peaceful coexistence and actively contributing to the growth and development of their communities.

She also called on all Nigerians—regardless of religious background—to embrace peace and solidarity, working collectively toward national progress.
> “Let us use this joyous occasion to strengthen the bonds of unity and promote peace in our society,” she urged.
“Our strength lies in our diversity, and we must strive to build a nation where everyone feels safe, respected, and valued.”

Concluding her message, Yeyeluah Adedibu offered prayers for the continued success of Governor Seyi Makinde, and for sustained peace and prosperity in Oyo State and Nigeria at large. She wished Muslims a joyful and blessed Eid al-Kabir celebration, filled with happiness, love, and divine blessings.
