The lawmaker representing Ibadan South West Constituency II in the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Fowokanmi Oluwafemi, has joined Christians across the world in celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ, extending heartfelt Easter greetings to his constituents.
In a message shared on Easter Sunday, Fowokanmi rejoiced in the significance of the resurrection, describing it as a symbol of new life, renewed hope, and divine victory over despair.
“He has risen! Happy Easter Sunday to everyone,” the lawmaker said. “Today, we celebrate Jesus rising from the grave to give us new life and hope. Let us hold on to that hope, and walk in love, peace, and unity.”
