A loyalist of His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, Moyosoreoluwa Olamilekan Eldreez, has poured encomium on the Executive Adviser on International Development Cooperation And Director-General of the Oyo State Agribusiness Development Agency (OYSADA), Dr. Debo Akande, describing him as “a special made being and an exceptional asset to Oyo State.”
