Dangote Refinery has debunked reports that the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC) has commenced lifting petrol from its refinery.

In a statement, the company clarified that NNPC is yet to lift any petrol from its facility, contrary to recent claims.

Furthermore, Dangote Refinery also denied reports that NNPC is selling its product at N897, stating that this information is inaccurate and misleading.

The company’s statement aims to provide accurate information and transparency regarding its operations.

It remains to be seen when the NNPC will commence lifting petrol from the refinery, but for now, Dangote Refinery has set the record straight.

This development comes amid speculation and reports surrounding the commencement of petrol lifting from the refinery. However, with this clarification, Dangote Refinery has ensured that the public is informed of the accurate status of its operations.
