Hon. Kazim Adeniyi Adeyinka Bibire, former Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, has extended warm birthday wishes to Alhaja Mutiat Olayinka Ladoja, the esteemed former First Lady of Oyo State and a member of the Board of Trustees of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
