A former Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters and Federal House of Representatives hopeful for Ibadan North, Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, has extended warm felicitations to the Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Barrister Abdulraheem Bayo Lawal, on the occasion of his birthday.
