A chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Oyo State, Hon. Lanre Sarumi, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Deputy Chief of Staff, Hon. Kazeem Adeyinka Bibire, describing him as a committed leader whose contributions to governance continue to make meaningful impact.
