Hon. Adebayo Babajide Gabriel, who represents Ibadan North Constituency 2 in the Oyo State House of Assembly and is widely addressed as the Jagaban of the 9th and 10th Assembly, has conveyed heartfelt birthday greetings to Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, the Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Seyi Makinde.
