The Lawmaker representing Ibadan North Constituency 1 at the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Dr. Olufunke Comforter Adeniyi-Olajide has sung the praises of a political Icon of Ibadan North Local Government and Oyo State at large, Chief Ismaila Ashipa on the occasion of his 70th birthday.
Hon. Comforter, who is The Chairman of Oyo House Committee on Women Affairs and Community Development, described the Septuagenarian as an astute, sagacious and knowledgeable Politician who is tailor-made to be a mentor for the next generation of political leaders.
Her message read in part:
“Today marks the 70th birthday anniversary to one of my Great political leaders of my Local Government (Ibadan North) and Oyo State in General. Chief Ismaila Osuolale Ashipa Ismaila Ashipa”, Her message read.
“Baba Ashipa is an astute political giant and a father figure to many. His sagacity, large heart and huge knowledge of Politics can’t be compared.” She continued
“I bid you many more years in good health and happiness as you begin your new year with joy.
“Congratulations Sir, have a blessed Year.” She Concluded.
