Asiwaju Oladimeji Olatilewa Congratulates Hon. Abiodun Adedoja Ekóló and Kolawole Elijah Akanmu on Their Appointments

Asiwaju Oladimeji Olatilewa has extended warm congratulations to the former Chairman of Ibadan South East Local Government, Hon. Abiodun Adedoja Ekóló, on his appointment as Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Energy Security, as well as Kolawole Elijah Akanmu on his appointment as Senior Special Assistant on Budget and Economic Planning.

In a congratulatory message made available to the press, Asiwaju Olatilewa described the appointments as well-deserved recognitions of competence, dedication, and proven capacity, noting that both appointees have consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities and commitment to public service.

He particularly commended Hon. Abiodun Adedoja Ekóló for his impactful tenure as Council Chairman, where his administrative ingenuity and people-oriented leadership left lasting legacies at the grassroots level.

According to him, Ekóló’s new role in energy security will significantly strengthen the Governor Seyi Makinde–led administration’s drive toward sustainable development and infrastructural stability in Oyo State.

Asiwaju Olatilewa also praised Kolawole Elijah Akanmu for his vast experience and technical expertise in economic management, expressing confidence that his contributions in budget formulation and economic planning will further enhance prudent governance and economic growth in the state.

He applauded Governor Seyi Makinde for his continued commitment to appointing capable and result-driven individuals into strategic positions, stressing that such decisions reflect the administration’s focus on efficiency, innovation, and service delivery.
