**Appreciation for Successful Completion of Road Projects in Kosobo Layout Area, Oyo East Local Government, Oyo Town**

On behalf of the good people of Kosobo Community Zone 7B of Chief Ashamu Layout Area, we express our heartfelt gratitude to the Executive Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency Seyi Makinde, for his unwavering commitment to the development of our state, particularly for the recent construction of roads in the Kosobo Layout Area of Oyo East Local Government. We appreciate you, our esteemed Governor and leader, for your humility, empathy, and simplicity in governance, consistently demonstrated through various notable projects across Oyo State since May 2019.

We are thrilled about the completion of five (5) newly constructed roads/streets with asphalt surfacing and drainage on both sides in our community. The newly improved routes around the Kosobo axis, including Chief Ashamu Road, Olayiwola Street, Catholic Convent Road, and additional link roads to Oyo-Akinmorin Road, have significantly enhanced our living conditions.

Completing these projects requires immense effort and dedication, and we acknowledge the commitment of His Excellency Seyi Makinde to the welfare and general well-being of our community. Moreover, we recognize the installation of street lights, which has further improved our neighborhood’s quality of life, mobility, and security.

We would also like to extend our appreciation to Senator Monsurat Sunmonu for her relentless efforts and initiatives towards the development of Oyo Town over the past several years, especially for her role in these projects. May God continue to grant her wisdom, good health, and the courage to lead the people of Oyo Town and Oyo State effectively.

The prompt execution of these road projects serves as a testament to the capabilities of indigenous contractors who are devoted to their communities while supporting Oyo State’s infrastructural development agenda. We commend the contractor for the swift execution of the projects with minimal disruption to the comfort of our residents. Well done on a job well done!
