APPEAL VERDICT: Oyo Rep Agboworin Embrace Victory With Unwavering Service to Ibadan North East/South East Federal Constituency

The National Assembly Elections Appeal in Abuja has affirmed the victory of Rep. Abass Adigun in the February 25th, 2023, and April Rerun of Ibadan North-East/South-East Federal Constituency election.

The Appeal in a judgment upheld Rep. Abass’s victory and swiftly dismissed the petitions of APC candidate, Dapo Lam Adesina who challenged Rep. Abass Adigun’s overwhelming electoral success as the first second-term federal lawmaker in the constituency.

It is a momentous development to accept with a glow of enthusiasm, vindicating the previous triumphant declaration by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

The victory validates a long-standing belief in the rule of law and patriots, passionate about the good of society. Rep. Abass’s primary focus is to diligently represent the aggregate interests of every constituent in Ibadan North East/South-East federal Consistency regardless of political affiliation.

He thanked all in Ibadan North East/South-East federal Consistency – Market Men and Women, Men, Women, Youths, and Special People for their widespread support and goodwill. The victory is yours. He reiterated his commitment to fulfilling all the promises made to the wonderful people of Ibadan North East/South-East federal Consistency who have stood by me unwaveringly.

Rep. Agboworin commends his principal and South West PDP leader, Governor Makinde for his worthy support all the time, sacrificial and contributions that are a peg in a round hole to take sustainable development projects to reach the nooks and crannies of the state, Oyo, and Nigeria.
