A Health Initiative for Political, Traditional, and Community Leaders
In a renewed drive to promote leadership wellness and effective governance through good health, the Akinyele Leaders Wellness Tour will officially commence on October 31, 2025. The tour will provide free health screenings and wellness consultations exclusively for political, traditional, and community leaders within Akinyele Local Government Area.
The initiative is organised by Dr. Hafeez Amuda (popularly known as Kingsway), a visionary professional, entrepreneur, and community advocate. It underscores the vital connection between sound health and responsible leadership. The program aims to ensure that leaders, who serve as the pillars of community progress, receive quality medical attention, early health interventions, and lifestyle support.
The wellness tour, organised under the Kingsway Health and Outreach Foundation, will feature comprehensive medical checkups, consultations, and preventive screenings tailored to leaders’ health needs. Participants will also benefit from essential health education and medication support as part of the outreach.
Speaking about the initiative, Dr. Amuda stated, “Healthy leadership is the heartbeat of community development. When those who lead are in good health, the people prosper.” He added that the wellness tour represents a proactive investment in the wellbeing of those who serve and inspire the community every day.
Through the Kingsway Health and Outreach Foundation, Dr. Amuda has consistently championed humanitarian efforts, including healthcare awareness, youth empowerment, and social development projects across Oyo State.
As a People’s Democratic Party (PDP) aspirant for the Oyo State House of Assembly, Akinyele Constituency I (2027), Dr. Amuda continues to demonstrate leadership rooted in compassion, service, and a genuine commitment to the people’s welfare.
The Akinyele Leaders Wellness Tour is expected to bring together traditional rulers, religious figures, political representatives, and community influencers, reinforcing the message that a healthy leader builds a healthy Akinyele.
