The terrorists responsible for the brutal murder of Alhaji Isa Muhammad Bawa, the Sarkin Gobir of Gatawa District in Sokoto State, have demanded N60 million and five motorcycles in exchange for the release of his body for burial.

Bawa was abducted and k!lled by the terrorists after a distressing video showed him pleading for his life.

While confirming the news, a family source disclosed, “They said before they can release his corpse, we must give them N60 million and five motorcycles.”

The late traditional ruler and his son were kidnapped in July, and despite his desperate pleas for help, he was tragically killed on Wednesday.
