*A Rare Gift To Oyo State: Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Bibire Celebrates His Principal, Gov. Makinde, At 58* 

The Deputy Chief of Staff to the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, has extended warm and heartfelt birthday congratulations to His Excellency, Engr.
