LG Poll: My Intention to run is to emulate and effect Governor Seyi Makinde’s good governance at the grassroot – Dr. GLORIOUS’

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Ona Ara Local Government Chairmanship, Dr. Temitope Kolapo GLORIOUS’, has officially stated the reason behind his intention to run for the position of number seat in Ona Ara Local Government, with a commitment to emulate and effect Governor Seyi Makinde’s model of good governance at the grassroots level.

Dr. Glorious made this known during a special program titled “ONA ARA LG FACE OFF,” where he engaged in a thought-provoking discussion with his APC counterpart, Hon. Ismaila Akanni, on the Fresh FM Political circuit anchored by Mayor Isaac Brown.

Addressing a question posed by Mayor Isaac Brown regarding his decision to run for Local Government Chairman despite his successful reign as the proprietor of Glorious Schools, Dr. Glorious articulated his vision for the local government.

He stated, “I aspire to the position of the number one seat of Ona Ara Local Government because I admire the way my greatest role model, the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, is implementing good governance at the state level. I believe there is a need for someone to emulate his exemplary leadership style at the grassroots level. As a successful entrepreneur in the private sector, I am confident in my ability to support my Governor in implementing good governance in Ona Ara Local Government.”

Dr. Glorious expressed his admiration for Governor Seyi Makinde’s record-breaking achievements in Oyo State and emphasized his determination to similarly make a positive impact and set new benchmarks in Ona Ara Local Government.

With this declaration, Dr. Glorious reaffirms his commitment to serving the people of Ona Ara with integrity, transparency, and a dedication to fostering development and progress at the grassroots level.
