The Oyo State Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Honourable Wasilat Adegoke, has felicitated the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Honourable Ademola Obafemi Ojo, on the occasion of his birthday.
In a statement issued on Friday in Ibadan, Adegoke described Commissioner Ojo as a father, mentor, and leader whose guidance and wealth of experience continue to inspire many in government.
“On behalf of myself, the management and staff of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, I heartily celebrate my father and leader, Hon. Ademola Obafemi Ojo, on his birthday. Your life of service, humility, and dedication to the people of Oyo State is worthy of emulation,” Adegoke said.
She noted that Commissioner Ojo’s leadership and commitment to the Omituntun 2.0 agenda have continued to add value to governance in the state.
“Baba, you have remained a pillar of support and a source of wise counsel. I am proud to celebrate you today and I pray that Almighty Allah continues to strengthen you for greater service to our dear state,” she added.
Adegoke prayed for long life, sound health, and more wisdom for the celebrant as he continues to serve Oyo State.
“Happy birthday, sir. May this new age bring you more grace, joy, and fulfillment. We are grateful for your leadership,” Adegoke concluded.
