Oyo State lawmaker, Hon. Abiodun Oluwaseun Babalola, PhD, popularly known as “Mr. Integrity,” on Saturday, September 5, 2026, celebrated his beloved mother, Chief (Mrs.) Julianah Adebisi Babalola, on the occasion of her 75th birthday, describing her as his lifelong mentor and one of his most valuable treasures.
The colourful celebration, held at the Local Government Civil Servants Training Hall, Oyo State Secretariat, Ibadan, attracted prominent personalities from across Oyo State, as the former Administrator of Ibadan East Developmental Area and current member of the Oyo State House of Assembly representing Ibadan North-East Constituency I hosted family, friends, political associates and well-wishers to celebrate the milestone.
The celebrant, Chief (Mrs.) Julianah Adebisi Babalola, was visibly elated as members of her church, family and friends, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as distinguished sons and daughters of Oyo State, gathered to thank God for granting her the grace to attain 75 years in good health and sound mind.
In a particularly emotional moment, the celebrant’s husband, Pa Babalola, joined her as they entered the hall with joyful dance steps. The moment was greeted with excitement and applause from guests, as Pa Babalola expressed profound gratitude to God for sustaining their marriage and granting him the privilege of witnessing his wife’s 75th birthday in sound health and happiness.
The Special Guest of Honour, Rt. Hon. Abiodun Mohammed Fadeyi, member representing Ona-Ara Constituency and Deputy Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, anchored the cutting of the birthday cake. He was joined by several members of the Oyo State House of Assembly and other distinguished guests.

Speaking on behalf of the family, Hon. Abiodun Babalola, PhD, expressed profound appreciation to everyone who honoured the invitation and joined the family in celebrating their mother.
He prayed that everyone present would be blessed with the opportunity to attain the same milestone and even greater ages in sound health, abundant prosperity and peace, while also praying for safe journeys back to their various destinations.
In his closing remarks, Hon. Babalola offered special prayers for his parents, asking Almighty God to continue to bless them with longevity, sound health, peace, happiness and many more fruitful years on earth.
