Dr. Ife Akande’s Team of The Allied Peoples Movement (APM) has commenced its grassroots assurance tour across Ona Ara Local Government, with the delegation visiting Ward 11 to engage party faithful, strengthen grassroots structures and mobilise support for the party’s candidates ahead of the 2027 elections.
The delegation was led by Dr. Ife Akande and joined by Hon. Murphy, former Leader of the House in Ona Ara Local Government. The team met with stakeholders and grassroots supporters, conveying the goodwill, message and commitment of the party’s leaders.
During the engagement, the delegation assured party members that their continued support for APM candidates across all levels would be highly appreciated. The team also conveyed the goodwill of prominent Ona leaders from Ward 1, including Chief Ajao Adurodekun, Hon. Akin Osa, and other party stakeholders.
The delegation further mobilised the grassroots around the APM agenda, urging party faithful to support Seyi Makinde, Bimbo Adekanmbi, Ajadi Oguntoyinbo, Otope, Fadeyi, Glorious and other APM candidates.
Speaking during the engagement, Dr. Ife Akande reaffirmed that His Excellency is empowering the party’s leadership and its representatives to motivate, support and strengthen the party at the grassroots.
He urged party faithful across Ona Ara to remain committed, united and resolute in building a stronger and more formidable APM ahead of the 2027 elections.
The meeting ended on a positive note, with party members expressing renewed enthusiasm and pledging to intensify their grassroots mobilisation and support for the APM and its candidates.
