Oyo Lawmaker, Hon. Razaq Mabaje, Hails Gov. Makinde, Security Agencies Over Rescue of Oriire Abducted Pupils and Teachers

The Chairman of the Oyo State House of Assembly Committee on Security and the lawmaker representing Ido State Constituency, Hon. Razaq Mabaje Oju ido, has commended Governor Seyi Makinde and security agencies for the successful rescue of the pupils and teachers abducted in Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State.

Hon. Mabaje described the successful rescue as a testament to Governor Makinde’s unwavering commitment to the security of lives and property across the state.

He also praised the professionalism, courage, and coordinated efforts of the security agencies involved in securing the victims’ safe release.

According to the lawmaker, the rescue operation has restored hope and confidence among residents, demonstrating that the state government remains resolute in its determination to protect every citizen from criminal activities.

He urged residents to continue supporting the government and security agencies by providing timely and credible information that would aid efforts to combat insecurity.

Hon. Mabaje also expressed gratitude that the pupils and teachers were reunited safely with their families and prayed that such unfortunate incidents would not reoccur in Oyo State.
