Oyo Rep, Oshine Felicitates Aseyin on Receipt of Beaded Crown, Staff of Office

A member of the federal House of Representatives, representing Iseyin/ Itesiwaju/ kajola/ Iwajowa Federal Constituency, Hon. Oyeshina Oyedeji has sent warm regards to sons and daughters of Iseyin land as the new monarch, Oba Sefiu Olawale Oyebola Adeyeri III Ajirotutu I had the beaded crown and the
chief of staff.

Oyo State Government, Engr Seyi Makinde had on Thursday, 14th December ensured the coronation of the new monarch with the presentation of the instrument of office.

This is contained in a statement of congratulations issued by the federal lawmaker and made available to news men.

According to him, “the city of Iseyin has returned to an era of a new monarch, Oba Sefiu Olawale Oyebola, Adeyeri III, after the demise of his predecessor Ọba Adbul-Ganiy Ologunebi, Ajinese joined his ancestors in July 2022”.

“Ọba Sefiu Olawale Oyebola, who ascended the throne of his forefathers and got coronated on Thursday, 14th December, 2023 after completion of all traditional rites of his ascension has been adjudged as a versatile and Visionary Leader with the requisite knowledge and vision to take Iseyin and Okeogun to a greater height”.

Hon. Oysshina in his statement described Iseyin as the heart of okeogun and emphasized the importance of the traditional institution in peace building as well as economic development of every community, hence, the emergence of new monarch will further engage peaceful coexistence and will have a significant impact on the economic activities of the town and okeogun in general.

The lawmaker therefore, congratulated the King and wished him a smooth sail as he oversees the affair of the city of Iseyin and partnership in the movement of okeogun to a greater height.
