The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North-East Local Government, Hon. Ibrahim Akintayo, has extended warm birthday felicitations to Dr. Stephen Akin Faghemi, Chairman of the Oyo State Hospital Management Board, describing him as a committed public servant whose leadership has brought remarkable improvements to the health sector.
