Member representing Ibarapa Central and Ibarapa North Federal Constituency has extended his deep condolences to the family of Hon. Dare Ojelere and the entire Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the federal constituency.
Hon. Ojelere, the erstwhile secretary to Ibarapa Central Local Government Area, tragically passed away on Friday, July 25, 2025, after a brief illness.
Mourning the demise of the former secretary, on Saturday, July 2025, Hon. Adepoju said he has just lost a young and promising gentleman who was very loyal to the community and the PDP affairs.
According to him, the passing of Hon. Ojelere is indeed a colossal loss, the magnitude of which may never be immediately explained or articulated, leaving a huge void in the hearts of those who knew him.
The federal lawmaker said Hon. Ojelere brought uncanny energy into anything that concerns PDP, commiserating that his exceptional ability to broker peace and understanding will be missed in the political party.
“It is unfortunate we lost such a young and promising gentleman who was very loyal to our cause in his prime. This is not a loss to Hon. Ojelere family alone but also to myself, my immediate family, Igboora community as well as the entire PDP family in our constituency.
“He will be fondly remembered for his loyalty, humility and all the memories we shared together,” the lawmaker mourned.
The Deputy Chairman of the House Committee on Federal Character, however, extended his heartfelt commiseration to the late Ojelere’s family, praying to God to grant them the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
