The Jagun Olubadan of Ibadanland and Chairman of Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort, Chief Jubril Dotun Sanusi, has extended warm congratulations to Barrister Sulaimon Ajeniyi Ajewole on his re-election as the President General of the Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes (CCII).

The election, held on Friday at the Ibadan House, Oke-Aremo, witnessed a keenly contested race in which Barr. Ajewole secured a resounding victory with 86 votes, defeating his opponent, Samson Taiwo, who garnered 24 votes.

Chief Sanusi praised the democratic spirit displayed during the electoral process and described Ajewole’s victory as a vote of confidence in his visionary leadership and commitment to the progress of Ibadanland.

“I congratulate Barrister Ajewole on his well-deserved re-election as President General of CCII. His outstanding leadership and selfless service have continued to unite Ibadan indigenes at home and in the diaspora. This renewed mandate is a testament to the trust and admiration he has earned,” Chief Sanusi said.

In addition to celebrating the re-election of the President General, Chief Sanusi also congratulated all newly elected executive members, including:
