The wife of the executive chairman of the Ido local government, Mrs Ifedolapo Kafayat Adeojo has extended her hands of fellowship to two orphanage homes with the distribution of household utensils.

Mrs. Ifedolapo Adeojo, while presenting the cash gifts and baby items to the orphanage homes, said the gesture is to toe the footsteps of her excellency, Engr Tamunomini Olufunke Makinde, in her struggle to make life worthwhile for the orphans and the less privilege in the society.

The items distributed by the wife of the chairman to Oluwakemi Orphanage and Agape Hope Alive Orphanage home are: baby clothes, footwear, baby toys, and cash gifts to the individual orphans brought along to the program by the two orphanage homes to procure other items needed by the orphanage homes.

The Local Government supervisor for women’s affairs, Hon. Mrs. Omotosho Bukola, who presented the items and cash gifts to the orphans on behalf of Mrs. Adeojo, described the wife of the chairman as a caring and loving mother who is using her good position to cater for the less privilege.

In the appreciation message on behalf of the orphanage homes, Mrs. Victoria Adeleke of Oluwakemi orphanage home thanked the wife of the Chairman for showing love to the orphans;

she recalled that a similar gesture was extended to them last year. She prayed that she would never lack good things in her life.
