Ibadan North Local Government executive Chairman, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, has been lauded as a man of vision and purpose by Dr. Kunle Awotiku, the Chief Executive Officer of Uniplan Integrated Services and Chairman of the Kunle Awotiku Foundation, on the occasion of his birthday.
