Member House of Representatives representing Ibadan North-East/South-East Federal Constituency, Rep. Abass A. Adigun who is fondly called Agboworin, who is also Chairman of House Committee On Drugs Narcotics provides solar-powered street lights to light up Ode-Aje, Agugu, Benbo, Ik Dairo, Koloko, Odo-Osun, Odinjo school road under his constituency.

As part of his unwavering passion to provide much-needed basic amenities to enhance commercial activities in the streets, communities, and markets and his efforts to improve the safety of lives and properties in Ibadan North-East/South-East Federal Constituency, the lawmaker in the Green Chamber of the National Assembly has facilitated the installations of solar powered street light in different communities under his constituency.

Installation of solar-powered street lights is the continuation of the first phase which was located in communities like

The previous unit includes the installation of over three hundreds of solar-powered street lights across markets and communities both in Ibadan North-East and Ibadan South-East LG under his Ibadan North East/South East federal constituency, while the second phase now stand at over 150 units, which has cover Iyana court – Marvellous, Ile lekan – Shamsudeen, Adelagun – Adebolu, Ayedaade – Inec, Kobiowu community, Hausa community, Lion junction to crown Felele – Challenge and others in his federal constituency.
