In a significant move to address growing concerns regarding operational standards, the Executive Chairman of Lagelu Local Government, Hon. Mudashiru Kamorudeen has convened a crucial meeting with the leadership of the Park Management System (PMS). The discussion, held in the early hours of Monday, focused on improving maintenance practices and conduct within local parks and garages.
During the meeting, Hon. Mudashiru highlighted the pressing need for enhanced maintenance routines to ensure the safety and efficiency of all parks and garages.
“Our parks and garages play a critical role in our community’s daily life and on the local economy,” Hon. Mudashiru stated.
The dialogue covered various issues, including how transport workers can play key roles on local security matters, public safety, revenue generation, and the overall management practices in place.
Hon. Mudashiru Kamorudeen also emphasized the importance of cooperation between the local government and the park system.
” We need to work together to address every challenges and make our parks and garages safe, efficient, and reliable for everyone,” he added.
