In a heartfelt birthday message, the Administrator of Omi-Apata Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Barr. Olayemi Oluwasina, has prayed for the continued impact and success of Honorable Yemi Taiwo, the esteemed Chairman of the Oyo State Library Board.
