As the Muslim community celebrates the Hijrah 1446, the chairperson of Market Traders Association of Nigeria, South West, Princess Folashade Abeo Nurudeen has felicitated with Muslim traders in the country.

In a statement, Princess Afolashade congratulated the traders on the occasion of the Hijrah, which marks the migration of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) from Mecca to Medina. She praised the traders for their resilience and dedication to their businesses, despite the challenges they face.

The market leader also urged the traders to emulate the virtues of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), such as honesty, fairness, and compassion, in their daily dealings. She emphasized the importance of upholding these values in their business transactions and interactions with customers. She encouraged all Muslim traders to seek blessings and guidance from Allah.

The Hijrah celebration is a significant event in the Islamic calendar, marking the beginning of the Islamic New Year. It is a time for reflection, spiritual renewal, and celebration among Muslims worldwide.
