The Executive Chairman of Ibadan South West Local Government (IBSWLG), Hon. Kehinde Akande, has warmly congratulated Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland, on his historic coronation.
In a statement made available to the press men, Hon. Akande described Oba Ladoja’s ascension to the throne as “divine,” saying it marks a new era of peace, progress, and prosperity for Ibadanland.
“Your ascension to the throne is a testament to your leadership qualities, wisdom, and dedication to the people of Ibadan,” Hon. Akande said. “We celebrate your coronation as the 44th Olubadan, and we pray that your reign will be blessed with peace, prosperity, and progress.”
Hon. Akande pledged the local government’s commitment to working with the Olubadan’s administration to drive development and improve the lives of Ibadan residents.
The coronation of Oba Ladoja has been widely celebrated, with many dignitaries and citizens of Ibadanland attending the ceremony to mark this significant occasion.
